Our 6 cell pack comes with 3-5 plants per cell giving you 18-30 plants per 6 pack.  Separate each plant before planting or thin them out to the healthiest ones.  These onions should be planted 4 - 6" apart per plant. 

Texas Early Grano 502 is a popular, high-yielding short-day onion known for its mild, sweet flavor—often called an "eat it like an apple" variety. Released in 1944, this, or its improved PRR (Pink Root Resistant) strain, is ideal for southern gardens (zones 7-9), producing large, globe-shaped, yellowish-white bulbs in roughly 100-110 days.

Type: Short-day (requires 10-12 hours of daylight).

Flavor/Usage: Very mild and sweet, excellent for raw, salads, or cooking.
Size/Shape: Large, globe-shaped, up to 1 lb or 6 inches in diameter.
Disease Resistance: Improved strains (502 PRR) offer resistance to Pink Root Rot.
Planting: Direct seed in fall/winter or transplant in early spring. Space 4-6" apart.
Harvest: Matures early, usually within 100-110 days.
Storage: Short to moderate storage life.
