Seed Starting Mix - Coco Coir Based

The Garage Gardener's special coco coir based blend perfect for seed starting. No hidden ingredients, just the basics to start your seedlings off with success. Our mix is a blend of renewable Coco Coir, Perlite, Vermiculite and Worm Castings.

The addition of worm castings give you a head start on feeding your seedlings between the time the seed itself provides nutrients and your first feeding with fertilizer. The worm castings provide a gentle mix of essential nutrients to feed your young seedlings.

NOTE: Seed Starting mix does not contain necessary nutrients to continue plant growth beyond germination, continued fertilization is required to continue strong plant growth until transplant.
